Whitebeam Fundraising is led by Peter White, a senior fundraising and strategy advisor with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector - spanning overseas development, welfare, health, disability, and social justice.

Peter combines strategic insight with hands-on experience, having led teams through growth, digital transformation, and cultural change. His approach is collaborative, pragmatic, and people-first - designed to leave teams stronger, not dependent.
